Products are delivered at the place you specify within Australia, New Zealand, and around the world. We deliver nationwide and use several freight companies.
The first step is to make contact to discuss your new product by phone or email. From here we need you to share as many of your plans and ideas as possible by completing our briefing form. It’s crucial that we get as much information as possible at this early stage to ensure we can help create products you are happy with.
Once we have your brief, we look to provide you with indicative pricing based on these ideas.
We will then progress to sample production to give you an idea of what your product would look like, feel like, and perform like in real life.
In parallel with starting the product development pathway with us, we can connect you with our Preferred Partner Network to reach out to fragrance houses, packaging, and labelling partners. This will allow you to begin sourcing all the elements needed to create a finished product ready for market.
An average project will take approximately 2–3 weeks for the first set of samples to be delivered for your review. The process can take longer if additional sourcing is needed for new or unique raw materials we don’t stock. It may take several weeks to receive samples from our vendors, as most of them are overseas. Depending on workload, it’s generally 2 weeks for further revisions and iterations.
Once you approve the formulation, we will provide a finalised cost based on the agreed formula. This cost will also include any additional fees (e.g. filling cost, shrink wrap, label application), which are charged at piece work rates.
We can provide more detail on applicable fees once you’ve decided what components your packaging will need and how they will be assembled.
We can also advise on what testing, if any, we believe is appropriate before production.
Once the final product and pricing are confirmed, an order can be submitted.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 units for finished products, though this may vary depending on the specific item. For bulk products, the minimum is 100 kg. Ordering higher volumes can offer cost advantages, as pricing becomes more competitive with economies of scale.

Bringing a product from idea to reality involves many moving parts, from formulation and packaging to testing and compliance, all of which need to run in parallel. We’ll help you connect the dots and keep everything moving smoothly.
If everything’s lined up, the process can be lightning fast, as quick as 4 to 6 months. But if you’re launching a large range, require external testing, complex packaging, or are planning consumer trials, 9 to 12 months is more realistic.
Once you’re in production, our standard lead time is just 4–6 weeks, so restocking is fast and painless.
